EPIC is a conference created by an exclusive group of folks at Microsoft that promotes the use of ethnographic investigations and principles in the study of human behavior as they are applied in business settings. I was privileged to create their first 2 years of collateral and then see the heights and accolades that they would reach with their presence in their industry.
